This site about pet grooming clippers has been made by me, Sally Stokes, a pet lover if there ever was one. I have a labrador of my own. That is him in the picture below! His name is Shiny.

Anyway I have loved animals my whole life and growing up rode horses a lot. Clipping was part of caring for them and I can remember doing that after a long cold winter and our horses had a thick winter coat that needed to be clipped.

Clipping dogs is another story and you can either terrorise the animal or it can be quite a painless process. The trick is really in the type of pet clippers you use. This is how the site came about.

We are not recommending discount pet clippers or the cheapest models because quite frankly those don’t work as well as a set of professional hair clippers. That is why we recommend only the best.

So this site is focused more specifically on dog grooming clippers but as time progresses we might add in horse and larger animal clipper reviews too.
